Video games, action sports, and a taunting sense of humor? seems like the perfect brand for me.

Upon being hired, my first project was to develop a campaign for the limited-time annual flavor, Voo-Dew, based around the haunting character, Grim. Unlike previous years, we decided to give Grim a voice and some interaction with fans to promote a collaboration with Spirit Halloween.

First off was a short teaser video for tiktok and instagram reels to hint that Grim was returning, followed by a spider-man inspired full reveal with their new look.

We paired the character reveal with some text-only tweets, then showcased the new mystery-flavored product and teased what the flavor could be.

While we waited for fans to try to guess this year’s flavor, we got some advice from previous years’ flavors on how to finally concede the new one before closing out the campaign.

Evergreen Content

While producing the Voo-Dew content, we were also shooting quarterly evergreen content for Q3 and planning content for Q4, including stills for Instagram and twitter, and videos for Tiktok and Instagram reels.

Some of our favorite things to work on were a Pin-up calendar featuring all of our flavors and instagram comics diving into the lore of Grim and PuppyMonkeyBaby.

As we got settled into the new year, we partnered with one of our bottling plants to shoot some ASMR style content for TikTok and Instagram reels.

Winter Dew Tour

I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to shoot some content with our Mtn Dew athletes at the Winter Dew Tour at Copper Mountain, including a chairlift interview, remake of a classic, tour of the village, and some great other content that didn’t make the cut to be posted.
